We loved our stay here! The hotel had amazing facilities, a huge, clean pool, and a beautiful beach. The hotel was located very close to downtown, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a great selection of different foods in the main restaurant. Additionally, the hotel staff was friendly and provided great service.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Stayed at an all-inclusive hotel for a city break. Loved the variety of food, including many options for picky eaters, and the comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel was located in a convenient area near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. enjoyed the stunning beach and pool areas, plenty of sunbeds available, and friendly staff.
The queueing system for the a la carte restaurants was frustrating, and the level of service at the bars could have been better. Despite these small issues, overall had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel for a city break getaway.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The outdoor swimming pool is stunning, and beach access is convenient. The Spa & wellness centre is a must-visit, with a fantastic sauna, Turkish bath, and massage services. The restaurant serves excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, and special diet menus are available upon request. The rooms have private facilities, and some offer breathtaking views. The sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing, and the garden area is well-maintained.
The staff in the bar areas could be friendlier, and the service lacked enthusiasm at times. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious experience at this hotel.

The pools were large and perfect for a refreshing swim, and the staff were always helpful and courteous.
One aspect we didn't love about the hotel was that the selection of food in the main restaurant wasn't always great.
